John Kevin Kelly passed away on June 2nd. 2005 in Kareena Private Hospital after a short illness.
Sadly missed by his loving wife Marjorie and children Michael, Patricia and Philip.
"Pa" to his grandchildren Anthony, Craig, Leanne, Paul, Rodney, Rebecca, Amelia and great-grandchildren Stewart, Lachlan, Siobhan, Aidan, Simone, Jordan, Hannah and Kaylee.
Jack's family wishes to thank the doctors and staff at Kareena and especially Jack's cardiologist, Dr. Robert Smith, whose skills and compassion over the years have not gone un-noticed.
